What you’ll experience

What’s included

• 7 days on the mountain (Machame)
• 2 hotel nights (pre & post, twin share, breakfast)

International flights • visa & passport fees • travel/medical insurance (mandatory, incl. high-altitude & evacuation) • vaccinations/meds • meals & drinks in Moshi/Arusha outside the expedition days • tips for guides & porters (guideline provided) • optional add-ons (extra hotel night, private departure, personal media bundle, single room supplement, extra trips after or before Kilimanjaro

Dates, group size & booking
We run small teams (4–12, max 12) Choose your preferred month; we align departures with interest and conditions. After booking you’ll complete a short intake so we can build a balanced, safe team.

payment schedule
€450 deposit now • 50% three months before departure • 50% one month before departure.
All payments go to **Cold Ember (EUR)**. Invoices and confirmations after each payment.

Cancellation & insurance
Deposits are refundable up to 90 days before departure; after that our standard cancellation policy applies. Comprehensive travel & medical insurance with high-altitude and trip-cancellation coverage is required.
